okay I am awfull at drinking water. I was a soda drinking prior to this lifestyle change. I got through maybe 12 ounces of water all day yesterday!
I am challenging myself to drink 32 ounces today, which is a lot for me and a start!!
I will post before bed to tell you how I did.
Anyone up to the water challenge?

I really have never developed this habit, but I think I should. Less coffee is probably a very good thing.

I try to do 64 oz a day minimum of just water. I throw in some sugar free green tea too, but only after my water intake is complete. I need some variety.
