Monday ~ (very stressful day)
I hadn't gone to bed til almost 2 a.m. worrying about the audit, so,
B - 3 cups black decaf - 2 diet pepsi's
L - stomach acids & 2 waters
D-(2) patio drinks and one plate of horrible chinese buffet (new restaurant)!
TUESDAY ~ (not much better)
I'm emotionally and physically exhausted as I've not slept much lately. Got up with good intentions but haven't done a darn thing today but try to unwind from the past few weeks stress AND post here!
Also, had some bowel problems which I'm contributing to the new chinese restaurant! B - 3 decaf - small slice of ham - 1 wheat bred
L - 2 diet pepsi's - 1 tbsp of pb
D - large chef salad / baked fish / baked potato
definately need water, water, water tonight!
Anyone else want to join me?
