Back fat and the dreaded chicken wings...

  • I know that we can't spot tone but I was wondering what are some good exercises to help tone the upper back? I have chicken wings and I would like to continue to tone as I lose... I'm doing cardio already and 30 day shred. I can tell a huge difference but wondering if there's anymore I can do?
