) I thought is was a good idea...I am going to sticky the thread and I'd like to come back to it in a couple of months and see if us Feathers have done progress to our "Goals, Hopes, Dreams and Plans"
So I'll go first I guess
.....Goals:
- Reach 135
- Stay at 135
- Be at a comfortable bathing suit weight by March, hopefully that'll be at 135
- Stop using my credit card so much, I always pay it off every month, but I spend way too much on it.
- Before spending or eating ask myself if it is a "need or a want", and go from there...
Plan:
- Exercise with more intensity
- Eat every 3-4 hours a portion of protein and carb
- Run -- 3x/week
- Weight train -- 3x/week
- Swim -- once/week
- Yoga -- 2-3x/week
- Not go into stores with temptations of buying unnecessary "stuff"
Hopes:
- I will be more available to my 3FC family, I've been neglecting the my friends here in the last year

- That my job goes back to full-time, but part-time is fine too, I'll have more time for my friends here
Dream:
- Measurements of 34-24-34
