Thanks you guys.....all of you are so inspiring! Sorry about the quality of my before picture....it was the only one that I had and I had to take a picture of it with my webcam and I lost quite a bit of quality.

  • Thanks everyone.....and I have been working on it for 2 and a half years. I pay close attention to high protein foods and try to stay away from sodium. I exercise everyday...walking at first and now jogging ( something that I was never able to do before).

  • Congratulations!!! You look awesome!!
  • Thanks everyone! Im really having a hard time with getting back on track. Do you ever feel like you dont know where you belong. I feel like I am endlessly searching for something but Im not sure what it is. I believe that I am starting to get depressed......having the desire to lose weight but keep hitting a wall. I hate WINTER! :-(
  • Buns, you are HOT! Your arms look great, I want arms like that. And that tan too.

I know what you mean that winter can be a depressing time and it's hard to lose weight. I'm currently getting back on the wagon myself. If you really think you're very depressed, maybe you should see a doctor. Some people find sun lamps help them to feel better in the winter too. But if it's just regular winter blahs.. I recommend coming to 3fc a lot and maybe trying some kind of winter sport like skating or skiing. I just tried snowboarding a few weeks ago and it was fun! Good luck, you're beautiful and your transformation is amazing!
  • Thank so much! I have recently started tanning again...feeling a little better but I think I still have the winter blues. My hubby works away and that is the time that I seem to be able to lose weight. His next trip away is in a week and supposed to last for eight weeks. I'm hoping that I will be able to get my butt on track and stay on it for the entire time he is gone. I recently bought a new dvd and am going to try hard to do it faithfully for at least 30 days. Thanks again for the inspiration!
