Does anyone know if there are any fat/weight loss shows on TV coming up soon? They really help keep me motivated but I am often out and forget to set the timer record! The only one I have found so far is Claire Sweeney's Big Fat Diet.

I love January as its when all the weight loss shows are on. I could watch them al day long!

It does depend on if you have Sky or something similar as to what you can watch. If you do these are what I have found so far:

Challenge is doing a UK version of the Biggest Loser but I'm not sure when it starts.

Sky Real Lives is showing the US Biggest Loser from Saturday (3rd Jan) 9pm. I just saw an advert for it and it looks like series 4 which is great as its one I haven't seen yet!!

Living has what looks like a US version of Paul McKenna's I can make you thin. Not sure how different it will be to the series he did on Sky a few years ago but might be worth a look.

Then I guess channels like Discovery Home & Heath will have their themed days at the weekend. With it being a new year they may have some new shows. I'm hoping so as I have seen just about every show they have on weight loss since I got Sky+!!

I love the biggest loser and I'm looking forward to claire sweeneys too although she was really unhappy about her weight gain!Makes me sit and think about what i've done to my body with all of the crap ive put into it!

When is the Claire Sweeney thing on? I haven't seen any ads for that.

Tuesday ITV1 at 9pm. I'll definitely be tuning in! I understand it's one of 3 weight related documentaries ITV are doing.

If any of you have Sky+ the first 2 episodes of the Biggest Loser are on Anytime TV if like me you can't wait till tonight. Jillian looks like even more of a crazy woman this series!!

Is it a new biggest loser or one that's been on before? I really enjoy them, but I've seen the old ones too many times.

It's the 4th series with the Red, Blue & Black teams. I'm not sure if its been on before but I've not seen it. The couples one was starting to get a bit old. I could almost list the order they got voted out on!

Oh good, I don't think I've seen that one. I don't think I've ever seen the couple one either.

I thought there would be more weight loss shows on this week, but I haven't seen any. I need new motivation!
