
I have only been going back to the gym for about 10 days, so to do 1 mile in 10 mins and then squeeze in another 2.37 in my remaining 30 mins was pretty good, I think!
I'm happy with that-- I've been working really hard, and since I quit smoking 8 months ago, I'm seeing endurance-related progress much more quickly this time around. I'm not going to weigh myself until the end of this week, I want to get a little time out from the holidays before I do that...
so here is to small victories!



That reinforcement is really so helpful! It's so easy for me to discount any and all progress I make, the lies in my head, you know?
