I want to be a consistently out of the 170's by 2009! I have seen 169 about once a week for the last 3 weeks. I don't want to see any number higher than 169 in 2009, so that is my goal.
I am recommitting to the 30DS and I am counting my calories, and drinking a buttload of water.

WE CAN DO THIS!
PS I am also committing to 1 hour of exercise each day. I have planned my schedule so I can do 30DS in the morning and then I can do it again at night if I feel up to it, or another form of exercise at night, for a total of 1 hour a day. I am moving next weekend so I have set aside the days that I definitely will not be able to work out, but I've also considered the packing and moving boxes as my exercise for those 2 days. I'm so excited about this because from January 2nd until the 10th I will be away from my husband as he finishes up his work here. So from now until then it gives me about 30 exercise sessions- if I wanted to I could do the full 30DS!

(I'm not counting on it since it is such a workout, but I know that any form of exercise will be great!) For my evening workouts I have pilates DVDs, some Denise Austin DVDs and some other easy to do workouts for at home.

I think it's a realistic plan and I"m excited to see my results, and for my husband to see me on the 10th of Jan, with (hopefully) a bit more rockin' bod!
