So I know I'm not a familiar face, but I could use some support & encouragement right now, even if it's just a cyberhug!I'm not overweight, but I've been gaining slowly for a while now and I feel very OUT of control with my eating and upset with myself (which is a big problem in itself). I thought making a commitment for just one day at a time might help..please join me if you have daily goals, and we'll cheer each other on.
My goals for Tuesday:
1) Replace negative self-talk with positive whenever I notice it.
2) Eat only at mealtimes; no nibbling at work (I work at a bakery
)3) No diet beverages..only water, coffee, tea.
