  • Tonight is lamb stew with lots of carrots and whole wheat egg noodles. We'll also have a side salad.
  • Tonight was salmon patties and green beans. Tomorrow night will be tilapia with a citrus soy glaze. The recipe is called Pan Seared Mahi, but I'm adjusting it for the tilapia I already have. Any suggestions for sides?
  • It was a late dinner so a stir fry of Trader Joe's stir fry veggies and Trader Joe's Chicken-less strips
  • change of plans, made smashed cauli, steak and shrooms and broccoli
  • WW penne tossed with chicken sausage, red peppers, onion, yellow squash, and canned, diced tomatoes- this is a favorite at our house!
