... because of the carb overload I went to bed early and was up at 7:30 and in the gym by 8:30... Worked back and biceps and then 45 mins intervals in the dreadmill, burned over 300 cals according to the monitor... I'm happy
...I am eating clean and drinking lots of water for the evening to come
...
