Well as we end up 2008 I must say that I am so PROUD of all of you for your efforts in our 3FC 5K's

I also must tell you all that you reeeeek!

I think I have the stinkiest gals on the 3FC threads and I feel blessed!

All of you have made our 3FC 5K's a success this year and I thank-you Especially ISABELLA for taking over when I was out of town.

You all did wonderful things for yourselves You shared your "gains" of better times....more miles....animals and birds you saw along the way...and of course the great sales as you window shopped as you 5K'd in the malls

Your success was an inspiration to us all.

But guess what TEAM

THAT! was so last year

We have bigger fish to fry!

On January 1st we will start a NEW YEAR and of course a new 5K

So get out there and stink up the threads

DATE OF RACE ~ Anytime you want around Jan. 1st ~ We understand you have things to do....maybe a bit too much New Year's Eve You may wish to do your 5K early! I will start a new results thread when the first gal finishes and posts here!

RULES ~ We really don't have any. You may do a 5K however you see fit. Walk it...run it....shop it...take the kids....the dog....the neighbor's kids....your honey....use your imagination...however the number 1 rule is have some fun get out and enjoy life for a half hour or two!

You just never know when a 5K will change your life for the better!

Hi Gary, I've been so "OFF" that I really need this so sign me up! Knowing what our weather will probably be here in the moutains of Colorado I will more than likely be on the treadmill! Right now we have 18 degrees and it is snowing like crazy!!

I'm in at any number! I'll be at my parents' place for the holidays, so I'll try to get the dog (see avatar) to come with me. He's big and strong and likes to pull me along so I keep moving (hopefully he doesn't drag me through the neighborhood)!
