), For those of you who don't know, I started my healthy diet around the first of the year. I started with baby steps and then became totally dedicated counting calories on March 4th 2008. I eat 1200 calories per day Monday thru Thursday and 1500 calories per day Friday thru Sunday. All my calories come from healthy foods. I started at a size 30 pant and at this time I wear a size 14 slack...though in most jeans I wear a 16. My waist has dropped from 54" to 36".
. And it's always so nice to put a face to the personality. Really, you look fabulous.
You deserve it Lori, you are such a sweetie & have worked so hard! Way to go girl!
