trying to get back on track

  • I am new to this forum and not necessarily overweight but feel like the weight just keeps creeping up and I feel if I don't get a control it will continue to do so. I am 33 yrs, old, about to be 34 and live in New York City. I have recently begun to run again and hope to run the marathon this year. But currently I run 3 miles, 3 times a week and that has been difficult. I also bought the 30 day shred and have done it a few times. I like it but I am having trouble fitting it all in. Running, 30 day shred and I hear pilates is great for you. I also need to work on my diet which I am trying to do. Anyone have a schedule that works for them in terms of this video and running. I have heard great things about it but I can't just seem to motivate. I can't get up before work. Last week, I ran 3 times and did the video once. Any suggestions? I want to feel like it is worth it.
