I'm in Idaho so we have the basics like Arby's, Subway, Wendy's, etc and then some nicer places too but we're thinking more along the lines of fast and cheap.

When I do eat fast food I like the grilled chicken sandwich (320 calories, 7g. fat) from wendy's with a small chili (190 calories, 6g.fat) or from subway I get a turkey sub (280 calories, 4.5g. fat). There is a website called dotties weight loss zone (dwlz.com) that you can find a lot of restaurants calorie and fat information. It also gives you points if you are on WW. I tend to find their information mostly accurate. Hope this helps
