I'm having trouble finding inner strength when no one else around me seems to want to live healthier-- namely my college friends and my boyfriend with whom I eat most of my meals.
How can I resist the temptation to eat poorly when everyone I want to eat with always wants to go out? I end up planning well, but when I'm too tired to cook after a long day and the BF wants to go to Jack-in-the-Box, it's too much to resist! I don't like eating alone in my apartment when everyone else is having fun at a restaurant...
