Sugar Busters May 2002 Goal Board

  • This is the SUGAR BUSTERS MAY 2002 GOAL BOARD where you can post your monthy goal you'd like the meet by the end of the month.

  • After reviewing my April goals, I have made little changes.

    I am happy now with my weight....124-125 (scales actually said 123-124 today).
    I want to stay b/w 124 and 128
    I want to do 125 good sit-ups...EOD
    Leg machines...EOD
    Once my bike is fixed..4 miles

    My black pants fit and I would wear them to church
    I am wearing anywhere from a size 6 to a size 10....mostly 6's!!! I like my pants w/ lots of room too.

    I just want to increase my energy level, and tone up.
  • My New Goal
    Well I have lost 14.5 pounds since beginning SBers - and I know that it would be unreasonable to think I could have another weight loss like that this month - so I am going to give myself a smaller goal for May.... 10.5 pounds

    So on May 31st, I want to weigh 247 pounds.... and on top of that I want to have walked at least 8 miles a week minimum....

    I can do it, I can do it, I can do it!!!!

  • May Goal...
    By the end of May, I want to be down to 170. That will be a solid 10 pounds down since the middle of April, and I think that's reasonable.

    I also want to do better about limiting my starchy carbs, and upping my protein intake!

    I also want to exercise MORE!
  • May Goals
    I didn't come close to last months goals so I have decided to try a smaller goal. I would like to get under 150 for May. I would also like to get in better physical shape.

  • My goal is to add on some other form of exercise besides the treadmill this month. And to up my time to 35 min. Hopeing to lose 6 lbs... also.

  • My goal is to walk at least 5 days per week, 2 to 3 miles each time.
    In the food area, I am attending a 4 day conference next weekend and food is a major ingredient there. My goal is to eat properly when I am hungry, and to not eat when I am not hungry. And to resist all the cookies, candy and other junk that will be available in abundance.
