I have put on 5.6 lbs in the last week and a half.. im so sad about it... I had three big infections going on at once- mastitis, sinusitis, and an abcessed tooth. The dr put me on some strong antibiotics as well as some other medications that made me nauseated but in a weird way. If my stomach was empty i felt like i was going to heave, and i craved carbs.. french fries have been my main food for the last week and a half..the one day i didnt eat any fries ( or anything else cause the thought of other foods was yucky ) i threw up 3 times..so, today is my last day on my meds, and i need to really get back on track... i did feel well enough to get on my excersize bike for about 10 mins today(doesnt sound like much, but is way more than i have done this past week ), and i managed to get down some special k (no fries - so far so good).
I'm hoping some of the weight is water as my ankles are swollen this am really bad... fries need loads of salt... i guess im mainly just venting and re-affirming my goals... thanks for listening...

Hugs dieting and eating right is hard when your sick!! I understand what you are going thru...hang in there..your almost off meds and life can return to normal.
I had to get 2 teeth pulled a few weeks back and i had to eat soft for a few days and softs are carbs...and they make me crave more carbs...not a good cycle.
Hope you get feeling better today and get back to life. HUgs and get better!!
alot of the weight maybe water weight..try increasing the amount of water you are drinking for a few days.

Thanks for the hugs Dgramie. i have already had about a liter of water this am to try to flush out the fat lol... im boiling some chicken now for dinner and ill add some brown rice to it.. kinda a cheap chicken soup but it actually sounds good to me right now and shouldnt be too many calories...
i need to go gt my darn tooth pulled out next week.. the bad part is, its right in the front(wont that be attractive)?... thats what caused my sinus infection the dr said.. and it was weird.. my tooth hurt up inside my left nostral worse than on the tooth itself lol..the mastitis i have no idea how that happened... i have huge boobs anyhow ( J CUP) and my left one was about 1/3 bigger.. made the dr's eyes pop out, which almost made it worth it for the laugh factor lol...
