I ate as I normally would on Thanksgiving, nothing extraordinary, 1 plate of the typical stuff, pie and whipped cream, eggy cassarole for breakfast the next day. If I wasn't trying to lose weight, I'd expect to maintain the same but to have gained? I've never gained 12lbs in less than a week.
OH, I drove 6 hours there and 6 hours back, eating my favorite road trip food, salted sunflower seeds in the shell. Lots of salt in those...water weight?
I'm hoping this is water weight! I skipped my WW weigh in today in hopes, I 'll have something good to report NEXT Tues for weigh in day
