Hey All,

I'm very close to my goal of 125 lbs however I figured I'd post a recent picture for comparison. The recent picture was taken just over a week ago at a Navy banquet. This is the first time in years that I have worn a tight dress and I actually felt comfortable in it. My weight loss has been awfully slow at this point, mostly because I haven't been as strict with myself. I just moved .....again and whenever I have a free minute I'm out of town. I am still eating well and working out, I was working out 6 days per week and have reduced that to around 3. I'm getting back to the gym and stepping it back up to the 6 days, no excuses.

In the recent picture I was probably around 132ish.
