I don't know how many of you need or want this thread, but it has been so great to keep me accountable the past 3 weeks. I think, for me at least, it helps me to stay focused on the BL Challenge by focusing on one day at a time rather than the whole 4 weeks in one big chunk. So, I will start since I love it so much!
Tell us what your goals are for each day & then come back & enter the information once your day is over.
This week: 1564 calories per day, over 92oz of water, 30DS Level 1 - I usually give myself a break on Mondays so I don't totally lose my mind.
Monday: 2400 calories, 56oz of water, 30DS Level 1 Day 3
Tuesday: 1485 calories, 16oz of water (so far - not good!), no exercise
Wednesday: 1650 calories, 920z of water, 30DS Level 1 Day 4
Thursday:<<BAD PMS DAY! 2650 calories, 64oz of water, 30DS Level 1 Day 5
Friday: 1550 calories, 96oz of water, 30DS Level 1 Day 6


. 1 hour of exercise and I need to drink some more water.
