My immediate problem is that I'm going to Seattle for three days this week. I'm meeting a friend and we are going to stay in a hotel and do some marathon Christmas shopping. Then I'm going to my cousin's house. He doesn't cook much, so we'll go out.
I did pretty well over Thanksgiving, but my overall weight loss as slowed, and I don't want to backslide!
Any suggestions for not giving in to temptations while on the road?
