  • Since I’m starting threads we use to do I thought I’d add another one … Goals

    Every month we use to set up a goal thread, post our monthly goals and then at the end of the month post how we’ve done. They can be food goals, exercise goals, or just general life goals.

    What are you December goals?
  • My goals:
    * Binge free finals.
    * Drink 64 oz of water daily.
  • I lost over 10 pounds last month, so I'm expecting December to be slow as far as numbers go. I hope to lose at least 5 more pounds, and to be able to wear my size 18s on a regular basis. I also want to stick a video for the month.
  • My goal is to do 30DS for 30 days in December!
  • my goal is not to be sidetracked by the holidays.
    I did so well last month ( ne big reason is that DH was out to sea, and not home to distract me) I lost at least 10 lbs. I'm sure I can match it this month.

  • I want to lose 5 lbs by the end of the month. I'm doing weight watchers and 30DS mixed with cycling to work. It's not this 5lbs I'm worried about losing, it's the next 5 that never seem to come off.
  • I want to lose 8 pounds!!! SO BADLY! I usually only lose about 2 pounds a month, so it is very unlikely that I will reach my goal. but I always rarely exercise, so if I start kicking my own butt with workouts, then I should get close!
  • I want to lose 5 pounds, and go back to do some sort of schooling, bartending, regular, whatever, i just want to be signed up for the next semester i can be signed up for.
  • Here here, carcar! I want to do the 30DS everyday...even Christmas Day! I have done 2 days & it is kicking my a$$ literally, but already I felt like I wasn't going to pass out today, so that is progress.

    I'd like to just stick with what I have been doing as far as calories, water & now the 30DS. As far as weight loss, I'd like to hit 179 by December 31st. That's only 5 pounds - I can totally do it!!
  • My December Goals:

    *No soda.

    *Since 30DS is out of the question, do my own combo of videos off Netflix daily.

    *Get back on a proper sleep routine.

    *Blog at least once every two days.

    *3FC post nightly.
  • I want to be 155 by Christmas.
  • I want to be 175 by the end of the month. That's about 5 lbs. I also want to do the 30 day shred for all 30 days, not just 9 like i did last month.
    Christmas isn't as big of an eating holiday for me as Thanksgiving, so my plan is just to stay within my calories 6 days out of 7, and drink tons of water.
  • I want to lose 20lbs...but I'll settle for 12. No binges for 3 and a half weeks and no making myself sick. And drink water no matter how cold I am.

    My December goals are - * Lose 14lbs, I have just started my lose weight plan so I think this is possible, that will take me to 182lbs.

    * Drink 8 large glasses of water a day

    * Exercise everyday

    * No binge eating
