1 Week OP

  • well Tomorrow will be my official first day of weighing in. I started counting my calories after doing low carbohydrates and it was not working. So on Wed. last week. I started at 240lbs I started calorie counting. I weigh myself daily and since then I have seen the scale Yesterday and This morning down 4lbs to 236. Tomorrow is my official weigh in where I will record my weight loss as have officially lost the 4 lbs I am so excited and I am so glad I have decided to stick with this. I absolutely love this forum and all the people here and the support is just amazing.

    I couldn't have done it with out you guys~!
