Isigned up long ago, but never posted until now.My name is Josie. I am 26 married to my soulmate for 6½ years. I have a 9month old baby boy (my first baby). I enjoy crochet, cross stitching, cooking and baking. (the last one is probably not so good for losing weight!)
I really need help you guys. I have been so discouraged for so long. I just feel very overwhelmed with losing this weight. I need to lose 40+ lbs.
I have The Firm workout system. I have started that. I just get really down on myself when I cannot fully complete the whole DVD. what am I supposed to do? Just do little by little? I dunno. I am sorry for rambling. I hope to make friends here, and maybe figure out how to use this site a little better. Please pray for me, as I will be praying for all of you that I meet along the journey.


You'll get lots of good info at 3fc. I know for me it's very hard to do exercise-just bores me to death, so I think that doing anything is better than doing nothing. Break your dvd down into manageable portions or do half then do something different later in the day. I've never been successful at working out to dvd's, so I just walk and I have to do it on the treadmill now that it's cold, but i turn on HDTV and enjoy my favorite programs while I trod away.
