I am not a big fan of water - actually that is an understatement! I'm really not sure what it is about water but I've always struggled to build it into my daily routine. Actually, other than my XL cup o'coffee
in the morning, I hardly drink any liquids... until recently. Thanks to WW, I've started drinking more water - I've tried keeping bottles of water around and for one reason or another, I'd never drink the whole thing... I thought I would have to always add something into it like the Special K or All-Bran mixes (both I like) to get my full H2O intake, but I've discovered that chugging the water makes it much easier to up my water intake! Not sure if this technique will work for anyone else, but I thought I'd share!
