Last night I just bought tysons new Spicy breaded chicken patties. I love wendys spicy chicken sandwich so i though id give these a try since they are only 190 calories. I ate it today on sara lee low calorie bread and it was good! Very spicy

OOOO i LOVE spicy chicken from wendys. Its like 400 cals so that is usually my choise of fast food when i am in a bind. Im going to have to try these
