I need help with planning my meals around a somewhat unconventional schedule. I waitress from 9am to 4pm 5 days a week. However, I am up at 5am with my daughter. I try to eat by 6:30 am and the latest I have time to grab something to eat is at 10:30 am. After that I am too busy. The problem is I am starving by 2pm and cant always stop to pee let alone eat. We usually have dinner by 5 because my husband works midnights. Any suggestions on meals that will get me through until then?
I usually try to have a bowl of oatmeal with 2T pb (360 cals)for breakfast and a small apple and slice of string cheese (160 cals) for a morning snack. Getting all of that down is a lot by 10:30. I've even tried switching them around so that I have the more filling meal at 10:30.
Am I stuck wolfing down a meal replacement in the bathroom at 2 just to make it to dinner?
