I'm a happily married mommy of four great kids. I gave birth to our fourth and final baby on Oct. 3, 2008 and I'm ready to get to my goal and stick to it. I'm breastfeeding my little girl and having a bit of a challenge to not go to low with calories and trying to lose weight at the same time. I am having a hard time finding the time and energy to exercise after taking care of 4 children, so I'm hoping that 3 days a week will be enough to get to my weight loss goal by my 30th birthday in May.
