New girl here:)

  • My name is Delisha but you can call me Dee if you likeI'm a happily married mommy of four great kids. I gave birth to our fourth and final baby on Oct. 3, 2008 and I'm ready to get to my goal and stick to it. I'm breastfeeding my little girl and having a bit of a challenge to not go to low with calories and trying to lose weight at the same time. I am having a hard time finding the time and energy to exercise after taking care of 4 children, so I'm hoping that 3 days a week will be enough to get to my weight loss goal by my 30th birthday in May. I hope I make some great friends here. Thanks for reading!!

    Three days a week sounds good to me, too. If you can stick to that, you'll be doing better than many of us.
