Just curious if anyone is using the Insulin Resistance Diet or lowering your GI foods? Is this one and the same.

I'm considering this as my NEXT alternative to try. Been on Xenical for 4wks...lost the first two, gained the next two. This gets SO old.

I have a TON of questions if you're using these methods. Look forward to discussing your success' and/or failures with them!!
