I'm bipolar, but no longer on medication. It's not so bad that I don't think I can't learn to overcome it, so that's what I'm working on. It's great when I'm in my highs... the house gets SOOOO clean! Right now is a low. I have no motivation to do anything. All I can do is sit on the couch and watch tv, to distract myself. I know, logically, that if I got outside and got some sun and exercise, I'd probably feel better, but the best I can manage to force myself to do is go eat when my stomach starts to growl.
How do you force yourself to do what's good for you when you're feeling down?
