is it just me .. or is it when you take that day off you lose weight the following day?
I think that a resting day is MUCH needed for your muscles and body , what do you guys think?

Personally, I think our bodies need rest days.
half my problems when it comes to exercise are mental, the rest day keeps me keen, avoids burnout, and stops me from getting bored. Gives me a chance to recharge my batteries, arguing with myself about how i MUST exercise is tiring!
