I did. And you're right, they *are* hard

. I started out doing a flat table top type thing. Like an upward facing plank but bend the knees at a right angle, so shaped like a table with 4 legs instead of a leaning plank. And it's not just a muscular challenge, it also demands a lot of flexibility in the shoulders and ankles. I still can't get my feet fully extended in upward facing plank. What a weird place to be inflexible!
So glad to hear I wasn't the only one who could do a plank but not a pushup! So now I need to work on those pushups.
