I went to the store today looking for plain yogurt. I'm a little confused. The plain yogurts I looked at had very high sugar grams. I thought I'd ask here before I bought any. I have also read about Greek yogurt. Is there an advantage to the Greek over the regular plain? Also, I see that some of you make your own yogurt. How wonderful! I have so much to learn!
