    Hello all of you fellow hard workers! I am so thankful to find a place of safety were everyone can relate and share! Only just starting my diet of choice (south beach) I've got a bit of a ways to go, but hearing all the support and success makes me excited! Which is so nice because normally I am not excited in anyway about giving up my comfort foods! But this time I am thinking positive and about what I am gaining in my life rather than all the junk food I am loosing! go get um everyone!
