Help with new monthly pass please, also, has it worked for you?

  • I don't know why WW Online would charge you for next month right away. can you call customer service to see why that's happening?

    As for canceling, I have never had a problem. You can do it online, in fact, so you don't have to even talk to a rep. I've canceled a WW subscription twice, once talking to someone and once online, both were incredibly painless.
  • I signed up online before I even went to a meeting. I signed up on 9/1 and was charged 39.95 for September. Then, I was charged again on 9/15 for October. Maybe you can call or email ww to ask them. I'm getting ready to cancel my monthly pass, so hopefully I don't keep getting charged. I love using the website to track my points, but I don't like going to the meetings.
    They feel like a chore. I feel like I get enough support from this site, ww, and a mothering site that I belong to.
