So I lost about 16lbs in 2 months, when I started calorie counting. I've completely changed my lifestyle and the way I eat. My FH loves the dinners I make and it's been a lot easier. Though for a week, I struggled because I found it was hard to stay on track when friends were around. It may have been because I was only eating 1,200 calories a day, sometimes even less, and I found an excuse to just pig out.
My new caloric goal is between 1,500 - 1,600 and it has been much easier. I also eat 2-3 snacks a day to keep me in check during the day. I'm not hungry and it's easier to resist the bad stuff.
After my wonderful week [sarcasm] I got back up to 231-234ish. My weigh in was today and I'm back down to 227.4!
We all fall once in a while, right? The only thing that matters is we get back up!
