Biggest hurdle to overcome in weightloss: the inability to have home cooked meals at work. (I work in a kiosk...with no way of warming up food) Temptation of the food court nearly everyday. My love for Salty Snacks (salt and vinager chips are my fave!!!) my finace is the worst for buying snacks and pop and junk food.
Following any specific plan: not yet...just starting out...gunna try to find something easy to follow...too complex and my fiance won't want to follow with me
What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: I am getting married in 2010....I want to be able to wear my dress confidently...I want to be able to go into the dress shop and not have to have them "special order" me a size to try on. I also want to feel comfortable wearing the clothes I love. I want to be able to go to a store and know that they will have my size, rather than walk past, knowing I will never be able to fit into their clothes.
