I know, I know, I know, I should just not have it and then I wouldn't have to worry. But I like to have a cocktail at night. A gin and (diet) tonic or a shot of gin in some peach fresca just helps me relax and calm down and deal with the crabbies that invade my family.
I guess my question, if I actually have one, is, does anyone feel liquor (that is carb free) makes a huge stall in their weight loss if they factor in the calories for it. Does that make sense (or have I been drinking too much, LOL!, just kidding, it's been a long day here)
First off, I count calories and not carbs. However, I do drink on a weekly basis. My weight loss has been consistent (usually at least 2lbs a week) even with drinking every week.
I drink wine and beer almost every weekend! We own a resort and it kinda goes witht he territory....my weight loss has been about 2 pounds a week with or without alcohol. And I enjoy the weekends much more with it!

Uhm, I have drank and alot and lost weight so as long as your diet is sensible I can't see a reason it should stall you.
gin and tonic is one of the better cocktails you can drink--I have read anyway
when I drink i just take it out of the rest of my calorie allotment
