NurseKewpie! Glad to have you with us. Sounds like you're doing just what you need to--hopping back on! The nice thing with SBD is that any pounds gained while briefly off plan seem to melt off when you do Phase 1. The awful way I feel when I go off plan always make going back OP such a relief!
