Seven- day exercise challenge: Nov. 3-9

  • For at least four of the next seven days, do 20 minutes more of what you normally do, or add 20 minutes of a different exercise.

    If you do not normally do anything, then do 20 minutes of some exercise for four of seven days.

    If you do this you will either do or add at least 1 hour and 20 minutes of exercise to your week.

    So, today I walked an additional 30 minutes on top of my normal hour walking. I'm going to do some floor exercises and free weights later tonight.

  • girls. Sounds like a lot of moving going on here.

    I did 45 min today. It was a blast! My goal is to do at least 45 min 3 times this week.
  • November 4th: more floor exercises

    November 5th: nothing additional to the normal 3 miles of walking
  • 2 down and 2 to go.
  • Nov 6th

    25 minutes of aerobic exercise on top of an additional 20 minutes of normal walking!

    Three out of the four done.....
  • Nov. 7th

    I added a 20 minute power walk to my daily routine.

    Nov. 8th

    Nothing extra.
