Ok, I did something stupid, and ate a lot of calories really early in the day. I blame church - I am always famished when I leave. And I was enticed by eating out. I blame myself, but still...Anyway, my bestie & I went to Chili's for lunch & at this point I have eaten 1020 calories out of my 1700 alotted & we are at 1:20pm. What should I do? I could go get some bell peppers because there is like nothing in those & drink a lot of water...
Any suggestions?
