Then I went nuts.
An entire bag (large) of Sun Chips

2 Reeses, 1 Big Cup
A Corona Light
Vodka
Starbucks French Vanilla
Margarita
Half a Chicken Fried Chicken Alfredo dish from Mazzios and Garlic bread
My final total for the day? 4114 calories.
I gained 7 pounds this morning. Yeah, I know it's mostly water weight (Sun Chips are super salty). I plan on spending the weekend exercising and drinking LOTS of water. Anything else I should be doing?
Do I understand this right - Is it correct that to gain 1 pound you have to eat 3500 calories OVER your BMR? Mine is 1700, so I would've had to eat over 5000 calories to gain a pound... right??
I hope so anyways! I feel horrible. I haven't done this in a loooong time. For the last week I've been trying the "every other day" diet. I thought, 'hey I do calorie shifting, this is like calories shifting to the extreme!' Well, it got into my head and I started slacking. On the off days I stayed just below 2000 calories, but it involved Mazzios pasta one day and Burger King the next and then my disaster last night. I also felt like crap on the "off" days. I wasn't get my nutrition in. So I'm done with that. Back to normal shifting. I think these indulgences got into my head and I allowed myself to have this disaster of a night last night. Ugh.
Thanks for letting me rant. It's my first confession. Feels good to get it out.

ETA: Do you guys ever eat less the next day to compensate the overeating? Maybe just 1000 calories?
