  • There are many reasons to stay on plan today...but, this post is about the ONE reason you will stay with it today.

    Let's share.
  • Because I rock. Because I made it through Hallowe'en by being sensible and choosing my food items carefully. Because I've lost 32.4 lbs already and that's a great start
  • because i haven't lost any weight in two weeks and i am getting alittle frustrated
  • Because I ate to maintain yesterday and I need to eat to lose today.
  • Because it is officially 3 months before I move back to North Carolina and I want to drop as much weight as I can before then.
  • I will stay on plan today because I made it through last night without one single piece of candy. That is a huge accomplishment for me! lol
    If I made it through that, I know I can make it through a regular day...Today!

  • Because I want my knees to feel better.
  • Because I've been stuck at this weight for three weeks and I really want to see the weight go down. I've tried shaking it up with extra exercise and tracking food even closer and I'm still stuck. So frustrating, but I won't give in. I'm determined to see this through and get all this weight off and keep it off!
  • because I believe in myself for the first time in years. and I am stronger then a piece of chocolate.
  • Because I feel good!
  • Because I want to feel like the healthy me instead of the fat me.
  • I will stay on my plan today because I must have a good solid sane day with food to keep me moving in a good direction.
  • Because the Lord is blessing my efforts; I reached Wonderland, even though dh and I had a dinner meeting Friday evening at an Italian restaurant! (I researched the menu online to figure out safe choices beforehand.)
  • Because I'm hitting up Jamaica in 7 weeks.... Last time I was there in May I weighed like 320 lbs, I want to look and feel better this time.
