Ive noticed a lot of people on here are doing the 30 day shred....does it really work?

I haven't lost any lbs.
But obviously i'm gainning muscles. This, I can guarantee you 100%.
So, i guess i can say, it works

I was at the store last night and looked at it. ONLY $9.97!!! So I grabbed it. I'm going to start tonight!

I have been doing it for 4 days now and i can say that i already feel like ive gained some muscle .

I lost 14 inches in a month and that's not including everywhere. I also lost 4 pounds, but I gained a lot of muscle. I would say it's worth it for sure!

Okay. So I've just been skipping over anything that says "JM" or "shred" because I had no clue what it was.

...what is this now...?? I've given into my own curiosity. What the heck...? A workout DVD?

It's the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. It's a DVD with three levels on it, which is 3 25 min different workouts. It's killer and so good! You have to try it.

I'd never heard of this either before I joined 3FC. Can't seem to find anywhere in England that sells it...though I haven't really looked that hard Anyway, I just ordered it on Ebay, cost less than £10 so I thought 'why not?' It's being shipped from abroad so will take a while to get here but I'll give it a go and put my progress somewhere on here

I've done some of the Tae-Bo DVDs before and a couple of Davinas ones but I soon got bored doing the same thing every day so I lent them to friends and haven't bothered asking for them back yet This one sounds a bit more bearable though...

I think everyone should try it. It's less then 10 bucks!

Hmm. I can't actually do something like that. We literally don't have anywhere in my house that's spacious enough to do something like this that has a DVD player/TV. Ahh well.

What about near your computer or laptop? You could do it on there too.
