I lost 1.4!!!!

    Just had to tell you guys!!! I am so excited. I have been waiting to see 188 for a long time. Four more pounds & I will have lost 20 pounds - my goal is to lose those 4 before my physical on November 20th because my doctor will be so proud of me for losing 20 pounds. I've got this in the bag!!
