An easy one (no prep required) is wheat germ. Just keep the jar in the fridge as it can go rancid in a cupboard.
Wegman's makes wholegrain breadcrumbs--I've tried making my own many times, but for some reason, it never works well for me.
As an aside, I was thrilled to see that the new
McCormick Crusting Blends use WW Panko crumbs, though their panko seems to have sugar.
