I just started eating healthier and working out more frequently. I started off with three days a week at the beginning and now I work out 5 days a week and I give myself the weekends off.
I count my calories with a 1600/day limit. Lots of water. LOTS. With every meal I eat veggies and fruits, with more water.
Once I started eating healthier and working out more, the weight just started coming off.
