Okay had major binge on Sat but have been OP ever since...I was 145.8 before binge...now I'm 147.2. It's been 4 days, when does it come back down to 145.8? Plus I've been excerising....auuuugggghhhh...
I've learned someting though...no food is worth where I'm at right now. If I'd stayed on plan I'd probably be like 144 right now....now I've taken 2 steps in the wrong direction just because I wanted to eat chips and banana cake, it was so not worth it. I'm tired of this cycle of binging and being afarid of what the scale will say. I'm so angry at myself.....well atleast I'm going to keep pushing on....trusting I'll make my goal.....Instead of hiding the scale after my binge I weighted in every morning as usual to teach myself a lesson....slowly it went from 150.2 to 147.2 now I'm waiting to get below where I started......
