im going to try counting calories /exercise and see how that goes.. from what i have looked up online, i think 1600-1800 cals per day should be a good starting point.. if not, pls let me know..

to the 3fc site and to this board in particular. Like you I lurked for a while before I bucked up enough courage to jump on board. For me it was the best thing I ever did.
Great start and this place is great. I love all the support and am new still as well. People are really friendly and welcoming.
